Understanding the power dynamics of organisations
These are more complex requests, which may be phrased like this;
- Our senior team has worked together for a long time, but now need to include another group because of a merger. How do we do this?
- We have had a very strong and successful culture for a long time. We have heard that it is perceived as bureaucratic and cliquey. We need to understand what this means and how to change it.
- We reward people for strong ‘hands on ‘ management, and need to change to a more collaborative leadership. How or what should we change?
