How often are the meetings
A contract is agreed that best suits workloads, urgency and style of learning. This can be weekly, bimonthly, monthly or as the work progresses even less frequently. This works best if an initial contract is made for 4-6 meetings with a review before the end to agree any further work. Each session should be 1.5-2 hours. A longer session can become too intense and erodes into other work time.
